We are a manufacturer. Our factory has been specializing in warehouse racks, supermarket shelves, and kinds of display stands since 2001.
Where is your factory? Can I visit?
Our factory is located in Foshan, Guangdong. You are warmly welcome to visit whenever you are available.
Are samples available?
Yes, samples are available at any time. We charge some sample costs and will return them during the next order.
Could you produce according to the customer's design and special size and color?
Sure, we have very rich experience in customizing shelves. Floor plan / 3D drawing can be provided by HEDA engineers. Easy graphic integration and modular construction.
Do you produce shelves with different kinds of materials?
Yes, our products are mainly made of metal but we also produce accessory shelves or displays with wood, titanium alloy, acrylic, glass, etc.
What is your delivery time?
In general, within 15 days. It also depends on the order quantity and shelving design.
What is the term of payment?
Payment terms: 30% of the deposit upon signing the PI, and the balance will be cleared by T/T before delivery.
How can I deliver my goods?
1. Sea Freight: we will update sea freight once we know your sea port where goods will be delivered
2. Agent Designated By Client: please tell us the contact details of your shipping agent and we will arrange to deliver the items
What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
30 sets, we would say a good quantity comes with a good price
How can I get your quick quote?
Since different customers and projects have different requirements for product size and specifications, in general, we need to know the following information to quickly quote:

1)The item stored;
2)To be stored in individual boxes or on pallets,
the unit weight;
the dimension: Length*width*height
3) boxes or pallets per level and
total levels of rack you need

How could I install the racks?
A step-by-step installation drawing guide will be provided for each type of shelf and rack. Whether in the design, production, or after-sales stage, our experienced professionals will carry you all the way through the process.
What is the manner of packing?
Generally, shelves are flat packed by air bubble film/ film in standard export cartons. Other packings like wooden boxes are available to meet clients’ requirements.
What are the main rack and add-on rack?
The difference between these two kinds of racks is upright. The main rack is the start rack with 2 uprights and the add-on rack is the continue rack with only 1 upright. For example, if there are 15 wall racks against the wall, the structure will be 1 main rack+ 14 add-on racks.
