Design Challenges of Clad-Rack
Clad-Rack requires a multi-layer racking system combination solution. Since Clad-Rack covers the outdoor area and the indoor warehouse, the Heda Shelves team strives to separate the dry storage area from the outdoor storage racking functional area to achieve efficient management of comprehensive inventory.

This project utilized clad-rack warehouse according to the client’s needs. The high-bay racking system combines shelving into a single building, which supports a single space without the need for traditional building materials, maximizing the use of space with the construction investment cycle of the warehouse.

Delivering this project in amazing time, our local client prepare their warehouse space in advance of the racking system’s arrival. Taking just 1 month to custom the racking, this fully customized metal pallet racking was installed in a mere 2 weeks on-site.
