Design Challenges of Low-temperature Warehouse
Pallet racks excel as a multi-tier storage solution for the food and beverage industry. The key to the success of cold storage is the material: cold-rolled steel, with multiple surface treatments – electrostatic spraying and high-temperature drying. Double-deep racking can boost storage capacity by 40% while implementing FIFO inventory management and video monitoring prevents product loss and enhances efficiency.
To optimize operations in cold storage warehouses, we design racks with 3-3.5 meter spacing and 800-3000kg load capacity per layer, accommodating most pallet and forklift sizes.

This project utilized adjustable racking system according to the client’s needs. The high-density racking system is loading the cardbox when we accepted our clients records. It is holding the small and light weight inventory like screws, tools, toys,etc.
