Design Challenges of Mezzanine Warehouse Structural Integrity Load Capacity: Ensuring that the mezzanine structure can support the weight of stored goods, equipment, and personnel is crucial. For keeping the structure stable, height of per layer in the mezzanine rack is 3m. Every layer of mezzanine can hold 500kg-2000 KG. Because the warehouse service for three party logistic business, our client choose the longspan board shelves for simple storage. Our long term pallet racking has a capacity of 300-800 kg per tier, and each tier of the mezzanine system has 5 tiers of steel shelving, which theoretically allows the mezzanine racking system in this case to hold up to 4 T of inventory weight. Our recent project, coolroom warehouse racking with heavy duty pallet system, showcases our ability to design cold storage warehouse that improve capacity and optimize turnover efficiency. Design Challenges of Low-temperature Warehouse Pallet racks excel as a multi-tier storage solution for the food and beverage industry. The key to the success of cold storage is the material: cold-rolled steel, with multiple surface treatments – electrostatic spraying and high-temperature drying. Double-deep racking can boost storage capacity by 40% while implementing FIFO inventory management and video monitoring prevents product loss and enhances efficiency. To optimize operations in cold storage warehouses, we design racks with 3-3.5 meter spacing and 800-3000kg load capacity per layer, accommodating most pallet and forklift sizes. Design Challenges of Ecommerce Warehouse Medium picking shelves are an excellent combined solution for multi-tier shelving systems in the e-commerce sector. The key to success in e-commerce warehouses is the rapid fulfillment of orders and shipments. With the increasing volume of online orders, optimizing space is a major challenge. Implementing strategies such as dynamic slotting systems can improve storage efficiency by adjusting the layout based on real-time data. Overcoming these obstacles and ensuring timely processing and delivery requires a good combination of optimized processes, effective technology, and a careful balance between speed and quality.
